Philadelphia, PA - The Philadelphia 76ers today announced the hiring of Matt Brase as the team's Head Athletic Trainer. Brase joins the 76ers after 10 seasons with the Phoenix Suns, where he served as the team's Assistant Athletic Trainer.

Brase has a proven track record of success in the NBA. He has been a part of two Suns teams that reached the Western Conference Finals and has helped develop some of the league's top players, including Devin Booker and Deandre Ayton.

In his new role, Brase will be responsible for overseeing the 76ers' medical staff and providing comprehensive care for the team's players. He will also work closely with the team's head coach and medical staff to develop and implement a comprehensive medical plan for the season.

Brase is a graduate of the University of Arizona, where he earned a bachelor's degree in athletic training. He is a certified athletic trainer and has worked with a variety of sports teams at the collegiate and professional levels.
