Emmerdale's Jeff Hordley 'lets slip' who survives barn fire as Cain rushes to save Moira

Cain Dingle races against time to save his wife's life Emmerdale this week after the barn conversion he is working on with Nate Robinson catches fire.

Viewers will see the pair desperately trying to tackle the blaze, but the roof starts to cave in on them. Pictures have leaked onto social media, and fans are convinced the snaps show Cain rushing out of the burning barn with someone in his arms.

Will Moira survive?

Actor Jeff Hordley, who plays Cain, seemed to confirm that Moira does survive the blaze after he was asked about gasping scenes coming up on the ITV soap.

He said: "I do something very un-Cain-like, something quite emotional, and it’s very unexpected for Cain, who is not an emotional character.

"It’s a big episode with me and Nate, it’s a big action-packed episode. But that’s all I can say on that." Asked by Metro whether Moira survives, he replied: "I think she might.">

With Moira confirmed to be pregnant, it remains to be seen whether she will lose the baby after being caught up in the blaze.
